Wedding Photography Guidelines

  • Bookings are accepted on a first-come first-served basis. It is suggested that bride and groom bring their permit and come to the Garden a week or two before the photos to see what's blooming and to select their photo location.
  • Fee: $250 for up to 20 people. (The fee is cash only and is non-refundable.)
  • Sessions must be scheduled within the following hours:
April - September, 10 am to 4:30 pm
October - March, 10 am to 3:00 pm
  • Each session is 45 minutes; a security guard escort is provided to enforce the time limit and to ensure the session is not disrupted.
  • Wedding party must come at its assigned time. It is suggested that the party arrive 10 to 15 minutes before scheduled time so as not to waste any of the session time getting ready.
  • No indoor photos allowed.
  • If rained out, a rain date will be given. Rain date is good for one calendar year from the date on your permit.
  • No food is allowed.
